After building AI solutions for insurers, TPAs, and clinical operations teams across the US, we repeatedly encountered the same challenge: clinics and evaluation offices were spending significant time collecting patient medical history before appointments, but even more time processing it afterward. Teams chased incomplete interviews, typed notes, generated reports by hand, and still started exams underprepared. Valuable clinical detail remained trapped in conversations instead of arriving as structured history and reports.

We built Vokalith to change that.

With Aeris interviewing patients by phone and web call (via secure link), and Vokalith generating configurable reports and evaluation-prep summaries from those interviews, clinics, insurance partners, and evaluation offices move from pending to interviewed to report sent — reducing chase work and giving staff their hours back.
