Terms of Service

Welcome to Vokalith. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website at www.vokalith.ai and related marketing pages operated by DecryptCode INC ("DecryptCode," "Vokalith," "we," "our," or "us"). Vokalith is a product of DecryptCode INC, an AI systems engineering company based in White Plains, New York.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Effective date: July 21, 2026.

Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to the public Vokalith website and to informational interactions initiated through it (such as demo or briefing requests).

They do not by themselves constitute a customer subscription, Master Service Agreement, Business Associate Agreement (BAA), or other commercial contract for production use of the Vokalith platform. Paid deployments, licensing, support, and HIPAA-related obligations are governed by separate written agreements between DecryptCode INC and the customer organization.

Website Use

This website is provided for general informational purposes about Vokalith's HIPAA-ready pre-evaluation medical-history intake platform, including Aeris voice and web interviews, structured reporting, and related services for clinics, insurance partners, and evaluation offices.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the website or related systems. Without limitation, you may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerability of the website except with our prior written authorization.
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the website in a way that impairs service.
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through forms or other channels.
  • Use the website to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.

Inquiries & Demo Requests

When you submit a briefing or demo request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to contact us on behalf of the organization named in the request.

Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship, obligation to purchase, or commitment by either party to deploy Vokalith. We may use bot-protection and anti-abuse measures to protect the form and our systems.

Platform & Custom Solutions

Vokalith provides configurable AI voice and workflow automation for pre-evaluation medical-history intake. Solutions may be tailored, configured, developed, and deployed differently for each client organization.

Project scope, deployment architecture, integrations, infrastructure ownership, licensing rights, support responsibilities, BAAs, and operational configurations are defined in individual client agreements and may vary by customer.

Healthcare Disclaimer

Vokalith is a technology platform that helps organizations collect structured medical history and related intake information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

Customer organizations remain responsible for how they use platform outputs in clinical, claims, evaluation, or administrative workflows, and for their own compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Vokalith platform technologies, software, frameworks, systems, workflows, designs, branding, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of DecryptCode INC.

Client-specific customizations, deliverables, deployment terms, and usage rights may be governed separately under project, subscription, or licensing agreements. Content you submit through website forms remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it to respond to your inquiry and operate our business as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The website and client deployments may involve third-party systems, infrastructure providers, APIs, analytics, communication providers, or integrations. Vokalith is not responsible for third-party systems or services outside its direct control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

No Warranty

Information on this website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Custom implementations, configurations, and operational outcomes of the Vokalith platform may vary depending on client requirements, infrastructure, integrations, and deployment environments, and are governed by customer agreements where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecryptCode INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of this website or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to website use shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Liability for production platform use is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Westchester County or the Southern District of New York.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
